The Chimes Bed and Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Please advise us of any special needs you may have. The full amount of your stay is due and will be charged to your credit card on the cancellation date, thirty (30) days prior to arrival. A sixty (60) day cancellation notice is required on special events which include some conventions, Mardi Gras, Jazz Festival, Super Bowl, Final Four, Essence Festival, Voodoo Festival, Sugar Bowl and University Events. Special Event payment can be charged in two increments on request. Rooms reserved with less than a thirty day window will be charged 24 hours after the reservation is made. The Chimes has a three night minimum stay on weekends, October through May, and sometimes more during special events. All rates INCLUDE breakfast, parking and Wi-fi. Applicible taxes are collected.
In the event that you must cancel or shorten your stay with less than thirty/sixty (30-60) day notice and the specific dates are re-booked at the same rate, a full refund will be made, less a $30. fee.
The property is completely non-smoking except for one spot, outside, away from guest room entrances. Children over seven years old are welcome at the Chimes. We are very sorry that we are not suitable for toddlers, younger children and most pets.
