The Chimes is located at 1146 Constantinople
Street, at Coliseum Street. The main streets
surrounding the Chimes are St. Charles Avenue,
Magazine Street, Louisiana Avenue, and Napoleon
Avenue. The uptown residential neighborhood is
suitable for walking, running, exploring the
shops on Magazine Street, and walking to fifteen
different
restaurants.
If you are entering from the east side of the
city:
Take I-10 WEST toward New Orleans. Merge
into US-90 W (via exit 234-C) on LEFT side of
Interstate toward Claiborne. EXIT Carondelet/St.
Charles Ave. Turn RIGHT onto St. Charles Ave.
After passing Louisiana Ave., travel 7 blocks to
Constantinople. Turn LEFT onto Constantinople,
travel three blocks to 1146 Constantinople St.
on the corner of Coliseum.
If you are entering from the west airport
side of the city:
Take I-10 EAST into New Orleans. Merge towards
Business District (not Slidell). Travel until
you see the sign for US-90 Westbank (on Left)
Stay on US-90 and exit Carondelet/St. Charles
Ave. Turn RIGHT on St. Charles Ave. After
passing Louisiana Ave., travel 7 blocks to
Constantinople St., turn LEFT on to
Constantinople, travel three blocks to 1146
Constantinople St. on the corner of Coliseum.

An auto
is not necessary when staying at the Chimes,
although parking is offered free for those who
bring a car. Taxis and public transportation are
easily accessible.
