Cancellation Policy 
 

The Chimes Bed and Breakfast has a 30 day cancellation policy or a 60 day cancellation for special events. The full amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card 30 or 60 days prior to your arrival. Special events include some conventions, Mardi Gras, Jazz Festival, Super Bowl, Final Four, Essence Festival, Voodoo Festival, Sugar Bowl, group bookings and University Events. No refund will be made on or after the 30 day period unless the room (s) is rebooked nor is there a refund for changes in arrival or early departures. Refunds are not made for “no shows”. 
 

Payments 
 

For Special Events a payment plan can be arranged to be paid in full 60 days prior to the event. Call The Chimes for special arrangements. A fee of $30. will be charged for any cancellation after the 30 or 60 day period if the room is rebooked and your deposit is returned. All fees will be paid by guest for insufficient funds or other bank charges if a check is returned. Collection or legal fees required to collect amounts will also be paid by the guest.
